Customer Management

StoreSense allows you to automate many of your customer service functions, creating a positive experience for your shoppers. Customers can check the status of their order online at any time. They can view account activity as well as view their invoices/receipts. Additionally, an automated e-mail look up of lost passwords is available to provide a quick response if someone forgets their password.

DPSS adds the extra level of security of a true ICSA certified Firewall layer. This helps us stop DDOS, Malicious URL and other attacks before they reach the server.

Store Administration Highlights
